Terms of Service App Lock: Fingerprint Vault

Welcome to App Lock: Fingerprint Vault (“we,” “our,” or “the App”, "Moji Tech").
By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old.

  • Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

  • Will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of the Service

App Lock: Fingerprint Vault provides privacy-protection tools such as:

  • App Lock using Fingerprint, PIN, Pattern

  • Secure Photo & Video Vault

  • Calculator Vault

  • Intruder Capture (takes a selfie on failed unlock attempts—stored locally only)

  • Lock New Apps, Lock Recent Apps

  • Uninstall Protection (via Device Administrator permission)

  • Security Questions for recovery

The App is designed to protect your privacy locally on your device.

3. Permissions Required

To provide functionality, the App may request certain permissions, including:

  • Usage Access – to detect and lock selected apps

  • Accessibility – for enhanced locking and security features

  • Camera – only for intruder capture (saved locally)

  • Storage / Media Access – to save photos/videos inside the Vault

  • Biometric / Fingerprint – for unlocking the App

  • Device Administrator Permission – for uninstall protection

We only use these permissions to enable core features. The App does not access or transmit personal content outside your device.

4. Data Collection & Usage

Our Privacy Policy explains data usage in detail, but in summary:

4.1 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store:

  • Personal information

  • Photos / videos

  • Contacts / messages

  • App content

  • PIN / Pattern / Password

  • Intruder selfies

  • Vault media

  • Biometric data

  • Any data stored inside the vault

  • Any personal files stored on your device

All sensitive content remains on your device and never leaves it.

4.2 Data We May Collect

We may collect non-personal, anonymized data through third-party SDKs:

  • Device model

  • App usage performance

  • Crash logs

  • Advertising identifiers (Google Play policy compliant)

This data helps improve performance, fix bugs, and deliver relevant ads.

4.3 Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with:

  • Google AdMob

  • Meta Audience Network

  • Analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics)

These third parties may collect non-personal data as per their own policies.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal activity

  • Try to break, reverse-engineer, or hack the App

  • Share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content

  • Misuse permissions granted to the App

The App must only be used on a device you legally own or control.

7. Ads & Monetization

The App may display advertisements.
Ad behavior may vary based on region and third-party networks.
We do not guarantee the availability or performance of ads.

8. Updates & Changes

We may release updates to improve performance, add features, or fix bugs.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is”, without any warranties.
We do not guarantee:

  • 100% security

  • No errors or bugs

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Compatibility with every device

  • Protection against unauthorized access

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Device issues or malfunction

  • Unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or misuse

  • Loss of photos/videos inside the vault

  • Third-party service failures

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse permissions

  • Required services become unavailable

  • We discontinue the App

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country/region unless otherwise required by local regulations.
